We are thrilled to introduce a new feature that enables our Frisbee customers to earn points for their receipts in an even more convenient way. Customers will be able to connect their email accounts in Frisbee and receive points for receipts sent to them via email.
How Does It Work?
Connecting your email accounts is a straightforward process. Follow these simple steps:
- Scroll Down on the Frisbee Dashboard: To begin, scroll down on the Frisbee dashboard to access this new component.
- Click on "Link and Earn Points for Receipts": Within this section, you will find the "Link and Earn Points for Receipts" option. Click on it to get started.
- Choose Your Email Provider: You will see a list of available email providers. Select the email provider you wish to link.
- Enter Your Email Login Information: Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your email login information. If your email provider has two-factor authentication enabled, please complete those steps to permit the login.
- Confirmation: Once you've successfully linked your email, you'll receive a confirmation message, and you will see the connected email account listed under "Connected Accounts."
You can link multiple email accounts if desired. For instance, if you have multiple Gmail accounts, you can link them all for added convenience.
How Many Points Can Customers Earn? Customers will earn points for receipts in accordance with our existing rules. Please click here to view our points to dollar ratio per receipt. Here are a few important points to keep in mind:
- Customers can earn 100 points for each email account linked, but this is a one-time bonus for each link.
- Consistent with our current rules, customers will only receive points for receipts that have been shared via email within the last two weeks. Receipts from emails older than two weeks will not be eligible for point rewards.
