How to Claim Transactions
The claim transactions feature enables you to claim a recent transaction that posts from your linked bank accounts and credit cards. You will earn 10 points for every transaction that you claim from the last 14 days.
To access claim transactions, follow these steps:
- Log into your Frisbee account and tap the “Accounts” tab
- Tap “Bank Accounts”
- If you have cards linked already with transactions from the last 14 days, your transactions will appear automatically in a list on the screen.
- Tap “claim” to earn 10 points on each transaction
- You will see all points earned in your activity feed.
If you do not have any cards linked, follow these steps to link a bank account or credit card:
- Log in to your Frisbee account
- Tap the “Accounts” Tab in Frisbee
- Tap “Bank Accounts”
- Tap “Link an Account”
- Follow the instructions from our partner Plaid to link your bank accounts and credit cards.
- Complete all the steps and you’ll earn 100 points for each institution that you link.
- If you would like to link additional accounts from other institutions, you can do that by following the same steps
- All linked accounts with transactions from the last 14 days earn 25 extra points per week that you will see in your activity feed. You’ll also start to see the claim transactions feature from these accounts once you make a purchase
